Good supplement!
I have been using these supplements for years and did get a good bone density test. I think they help but I am not a Dr.

Too large to swallow
I had a horrible time trying to swallow these vitamins. They are too large! I will not be buying again.

Great product and company
Great formula for calcium and magnesium. I had a health food store and sold a lot of this product. Nature’s Plus was one of my favorite brands I sold.

Easy on the digestive track.
Easy to digest. No problems.

Hard to swallow
These tablets are half again as big as my previous brand and very hard. Husband can't swallow and I, too, find it difficult to swallow. Husb and said he could not even split a tablet. We will not purchase this brand again.
