This is not a powerful deck
This is not a powerful deck, the land base is very weak, only containing 4 dual-colored lands. This is very unreliable for an Izzet deck especially one trying to get Niv Mizzet Parun on the field, which has 0 room for having uneven red/blue.To be fair, you aren't going to get a "very powerful" deck for $40, but at least for that price you'd get more than 6 rares, and if you are only getting 6, the ones not used for Niv Mizzet should definitely be on dual-colored lands.
