Diary of a Wimpy Kid Box of Books 1-13 Hardcover Gift Set

I did not want to buy these new because I know how my autistic son plays with books. He is very rough with them but gets so much joy from them. These were perfect since they were used and much cheaper than buying the set new. These made his birthday perfect. We had to save them for his last present cause I knew once he saw them he wouldn’t be interested in anything else and I was right.

Bought these used. It’s a sturdy, high-quality set of books.

My grandson loves the Wimpy Kid stories. He was excited to receive this set. Previously, he didn’t want to read anything other than his required assignments from school. Now he can’t wait for free time so that he can delve back into the Diary of A Wimpy Kid book/ episode that he is on.The hard bound set appears that it will hold up well.

I think I bought them a little too early for my grandson as he could read the first book but it was a bit of a struggle. These are the comic-book style that he will enjoy when they're easier for him to read. I loved comic books as a kid, and the subject matter here is great. No, it isn't literature, but whatever keeps them reading....

My 6-year old absolutely loves this! During the pandemic, it has helped him maintain his social muscle - he has read through all the book in this series two-times over.
