Purrfect . purr purr purr happy happy happy
This Humancentric Adapter bracket I used on my non Vesa HP 25xi monitor and then is mounted to a ERGOTRON LX Desk Mount LCD Arm. All I can say is this Adapter is built with tight specifications Like a fine German made automobile. When I snapped this adapter into my monitor I knew it was going to be great ,no movement in the connection at all , tight tight tight. I then installed this on the Lcd mount arm and the holes lined up perfect when mounting ,I was even able to use the cool finger screws that came with the Ergotron desk arm So I needed no tools at all to install it Thanks Humancentric for making this product with care in mind, detail in products is a rare breed today and you made me very happy. Now that I am totally hooked up I have 25 xi monitor upside down over my 27xi monitor just what I needed and the monitor and bracket are as tight as upright . I also move this monitor in and out towards me and also move portrait and the bracket and monitor are tight . ( this was my big question when I bought this adapter was could I either with the monitor or bracket holding up to the stress and the adapter bracket for sure is NOT the weak point of course it is the monitor not built for vesa) All in all It works fantastic on both ends . I have no worries at all, if something bad happens I will update this post.Humancentric also sent me an email warning me with model numbers that this unit will work for before it shipped , Just a class act, we have all been there when chit don't work the way it should (usually you took things apart first before you try). And they also the sent me an e mail just before delivery day and told me what tool I needed to install . both emails had linlks to help (I never tried so don't know) small things that made my life easier I know. Dudes @ Humancentric Thanks again It was smooth as silk dealing with you. a breath of fresh air.

Easy to install. Adds about 3 inches in depth.
Works well and easy to install. I have an HP 27vx monitor and my only issue is the mount is about 3 inches deep. I don't know if this depth is required for other monitors but mine doesn't need it and it keeps me from pushing the monitor as close to the wall as I would like.

It works. Adhesion is irrelevant.
The little rubber pad on the screw is not supposed to "adhere" to the monitor. It is supposed to be extended out to press against the monitor and keep it from flopping around. Since other reviewers mentioned the thing not "sticking" I would suggest that they reread the installation instructions. This is a perfectly adequate solution for a really glaring design flaw in the some monitors by HP including the Pavilion 27xi (my monitor). Some HP engineer who slept through "Common Sense 101" thought that it would be a great idea to leave the VESA mounting screw holes off of this particular model. That means that somebody else had to design some sort of awkward convoluted solution for anyone wanting to use wall mounts or similar alternatives to free up desk space. The pictures I have included show how this thing is mounted and my setup with dual wall-mounted monitors. I think the center of gravity is too low for these monitors, but that is HP's fault, not the maker of this adapter.

IMO-Not made for larger monitors
I was using for a Pavilion 27xi and it seemed to be too flimsy to adequately hold it. I feared it would fall

Works Perfectly
I have a Pavilion 25bw I wanted to mount but no VESA connection. This bracket worked absolutely perfectly and leaves plenty of room for cables to plug in.
