Not what I expected
It’s not as smooth as I thought it would be. Need to have upper arm strength to use this for a little while.

This works really well for your back and i feel a lot less tension. The only problem is that if youre trying to get your neck or upper shoulders it can be difficult because youre using the muscles in your arms which means you camt relax the upper part you might be trying to massage. Im using it to relieve afterwork soreness and its perfect though. Its quiet, quick, effective, inexpensive and it only took a few days to get here.

Not worth the money.
Unfortunately one of the staps has become flimsy, and I have just used it 3x. I used it on my back and legs.
