Love them
This is the second set of these knives I have purchased. The first was a set of four but I liked them so well, I bought this larger set. They are spare, easy to clean and useful in the kitchen and for eating meals....cutting meat. Very happy and would recommend.

An upgrade over low cost paring knife sets
We appreciate the non painted steel blades & overall trust this brand. Paint, thru use will chip off, if not noticed can remain in food.

Good cheep knives
Handels are molded plastic, so inexpensive. The blades seem to be good and hold an edge.

Love Victorinox knives
Great knives for the kitchen, and while I wish the handle was bigger on the grater, its serrated teeth made zesting a lemon a breeze, I just did small strips instead of grating the rind the traditional way. The knives stay sharp, and can be used for trimming raw meats, veggies and fruits, or as steak knives. They hold up in the dishwasher, too. I never leave them submerged in water and hope you don't either on principle, haha.
