Q: Are the drawers noisy when going in and out? Like do they have some dampening especially when pushing it in?

The drawers are extremely quiet . In fact there is no noise whatsoever

Q: How can I unlock the filing cabinet? It has arrived locked and without instructions, with the wheels and (I assume) the key inside.

I’ve had mine quite a while and can’t remember where key was located, I don’t think the key would be inside it’s probably taped to outside or packaging or something, it’s a very efficient filing cabinet and we’ll made , so I believe the key should be attached somewhere on the outside, I’m sorry I can’t help you otherwise but I’m sure they’re customer service is good because they are quality units

Hi Jane. Yes, but it’s a bit of a phaff. Just need to take out the bottom drawer and have a few spanner’s to hand.
