工研烏醋 KongYen Black Vinegar 600g

Have a hard time finding ingredients called for in my tofu and other vegetarian recipes. Finally broke down and did a whole order of stuff like this, so I don't have to go into the big city and pay fancy grocery store prices. Good product, packed safely and well and recipes are turning out wonderfully and better than expected!

When I visited ex-pat friends in Beijing who were working there years ago (2008?), I got hooked on the best Chinese vinegar EVER. But after an exhaustive search here in the States, I couldn't find that particular brand for anything. This vinegar is the next best thing. I use it to dip steamed dumplings into. Omg good!

This is amazing stuff. I use it for sauces galore. It makes anything I use it in, extra yum!

I use this much faster than I imagined I would. I even put it in my chili. Flavor reminds me of Worcestershire sauce. On my second bottle.

This vinegar is a nice addition to my pantry, I cook a lot of Asian food and I like having the ability to add exactly the right ingredient instead of winging it with a substitute. I find it to be a good substitute itself, however for conventional vinegar for snacking or cooking.

This black vinegar with a good chili crisp and coconut aminos is my all-time favorite dipping sauce for dumplings!!

Works great

This vinegar is absolutely wonderful. It adds a distinct flavor and at a great price. Non leak top is nice. Versatile enough for array of dishes.
