I had shears that were just not opaque enough. I had previous curtains from this company in another shade and they were wonderful. Though I was hesitant that white would not be light blocking enough, I tried them. I have shown in my pictures how much blocking there is with a blind behind the darker one and full sun on the other. For me it's ideal. I use my curtains to block the heat as well and I know these will work fine. Perfect size. I suggest measuring the width of your window and double it for the fullness. I got 2 sets for 2 windows because I like the pleats to be prominent. I like the option of either using the top hem or the tabs in back through the rods. I chose the back tabs because I think it gives the drapes a more upscale look. I washed them before hanging in the warm cycle and dried them on permanent press. The folds from shipping came out and I didn't need to press them.Well made, great value. My last set is still going strong after 3 years. I expect these to be the same. Fabric is linen like in texture but is mostly polyester and soft.

Love these simple sheers, the perfect little touch for my bedrooms, neutral yet you can make them fit any decor you doing. I bought beige for one bedroom and white for a bedroom I’m still finishing up.

I needed a canopy top for my granddaughters' bed, but the reviews on all of the ones I read, as well as the customer photos, indicated that most of them were pretty poor quality fabric and many of them fit most canopy beds, poorly. So, I decided to try something else. I purchased 6 sets of these curtains and I could not be happier with them! The curtains are very nice quality. The fabric feels like linen. They are fairly sheer, and the little pompoms are nice and puffy. When my granddaughters came over and saw the curtains on the bed, they were ecstatic! Everyone, children and adults, who has seen this room with the pompom curtains on the bed said that the bed is gorgeous. I, also, bought the white curtains with the pink pompoms for the bedroom window. Very very pleased with the purchase!!

I, too, was nervous about how these curtains would look. At this price point, it was worth a shot. I ordered another set & hemmed the bottoms so they would fit my patio door. Glad I took a chance because they are lovely. The texture is rough rather than silky. I used 1 panel on each side as anything thicker was too full for the look I was going for. The light filters wonderfully. They can be subject to snagging so beware of that based on where you want to hang them. Admittedly, my cat is drawn to the Pom poms.

I will be using these curtains in my classroom. These are the second set I have ordered. They are great.

I read an article on Zillow that to stage a house to sell, paint your kitchen yellow. I painted mine a pale gray, put up these cute yellow curtains over the sink, painted the kitchen door to the backyard a yellow match, and the house sold in 3 days. I credit the yellow curtains with part of that success. They are winners. Now I am preparing another house to sell (painted white) and have bought two more sets of these curtains to stage the kitchen. They are cheerful, perky, standouts.

These curtains were exactly what I was looking for for my 10 year old daughter’s bedroom. I wanted something that would transition from her current unicorn phase into young adulthood, to soften the hard lines around the edges of the 2” blinds. The chenille pom adds a nice touch. These are well made and although I haven’t washed them, I did spin them in the dryer to remove the creases from the packaging and they turned out beautifully. They are relatively sheer, but that what I was looking for. I’m very satisfied with my purchase. This picture shows the set of curtains and two of the valances on a 72” double window (36” each window x 2) and there is plenty of gathering for the right look.
