Q: how long is the cold part?

After being in the freezer for 3 hours it stays cold on my lower back a good 30 minutes. I then can get another 15 minutes of therapeutically sufficient cold on my trap's if needed, in all in sitting. I use it twice daily. I no longer can use NSAIDS, but don't need them with this pack. The best I've ever used. The gel stays evenly distributed, that is to say doesn't bunch up in one area and it's by far the coldest, best made pack in the market.

Q: HAS anyone used them for migraines?

I have chronic migraines and though I haven't used this particular one I've used the medium sized cryo-max ones that stay cold up to 8 hours and they help alot for me and my mom's migraines and are comfortable enough to fall asleep wearing. so I would think this would work for migraines too if it stays cold long enough.

Q: Dimensions on product description and product details don't match. What are the true dimensions of item being sold?

The 14×7 is the dimensions. Don't have mine with me, but it covers the entire height of my knee and wraps 3/4 of the way around it, so but the underside when sitting in the recliner with it up.
