My Bestie shared this product with me. It has been wonderful! Nothing leaking or sweating all over my bed! The gel ices my foot and ankle and eases my swelling and pain!!! I used it on my hip and the Velcro belt kept it from falling !!

I had my typical "no workout + a lot of sitting" pain in my right leg that made it difficult to walk. As typical I put on the heating pad and stretched and rolled. This time all that didn't work. Sitting in a recliner I noted that there was one spot that actually hurt the most, the head of my right Femur. I hobbled over to the freezer and took out my newly purchased "The Coldest Ice Pack" I could easily move it to any position and with get the cold on using the velcro straps. I originally bought this for my newly acquired trigger thumbs, works great for that too. It stayed cold enough long enough for me to move it to various locations. Viola I could now to a leg cross over, which I was not able to do just a few minutes earlier. Cold is great for inflammation relief, and these days that is a big topic. Hot is good for what hot is good for, but you do need Cold in the tool box too. This product is a great addition to that tool box.

Returning customer. Bought one a few years ago. Great quality, lasted a really long time. Purchased again and noticed there didn’t seem to be as much gel inside, and as others have shared, the amount of time the new batch stays cool is significantly less. Kind of reasonable if they do insert less gel.I weighed the previously purchased ice pack against the new on my scale. Previous = 430 grams, New = 340 grams. The quality of the materials seem fine and unchanged as far as I can tell, but when I have to pay more for less, you lost me as a return customer.

I like the whole thing can go in freezer rather than having to take ice packs in and out of belt. It would be good if the belt was a little longer for plus size people or come with a Velcro extender

Being able to attach it to your knee (in my case) and free your hands was wonderful

Works! Great for your back, arm, knee - any injury. Stays colder than most ice packs - this is my 3rd purchase of this product.

I bought this because I had a great experience with their ankle wrap. I got this product to use on my shoulder. It's a great idea. It's easy to position and it stays in place well. My only complaint is that some of the gel packs aren't full enough. One end of it seems to be full while the other is almost empty. This limits the effectiveness of the device. I chalk that up to poor quality control. I probably should have returned it, but wasn't up to the hassle of doing that.
