They light up nice and bright,work well. But the screws aren’t great for anchoring. I will be buying self tapping screws to complete my installation so they do not come loose. They may work fine for you. I added some super glue to help keep the base in place and to seal against water in case screws don’t tighten the base properly. But for such a cheap price you can’t go wrong. I’d buy them again if I decided to add more nav lights.

The good, they worked and they replace the older Perko nav lights. The poor, the red light worked and installed well, the green however was another story,from unpackaging to installation there was obvious quality differences. The red light wires were very well bound, the green wires looked as though they had been previously unwound and redone but that's the least of issues. Because of the placement of the original lights it took some time to insert the smaller guage wire of the LED lights. By the time the green was installed the glue? or epoxy had turned to a jelly and alowed the LED board to move so that it would not be visible through the 112 deg arc.It had to be disassemled,re-glued and sealed.

Smaller than expected. Will likely require a large additional light for each side particularly when operating in restricted visibility and large seas offshore.
