If you expect profi cleaning, order profi company who paid fortune for profi machines. Don't expect from this Karcher Carpet Cleaner miracles but it does its job. It will not get rid of old marks on your mattress or couch, but it will make them look brighter. The most important thing is that it cleans the dirt and the dust very efficiently. The proof can be seen in the waste water tank. I've been using this cleaner for years and I am very satisfied. Having possibility to clean the mattresses whenever I feel the need with this easy to use and affordable machine is the biggest advantage for me. No quality control
It is a shame for kracber the quality control the do. I ordered first one and there was manufacturing defect , I return it backThen I ordered another one same issue manufacturing defect

Quality not good as expected
Product came with factory damages. Water leaking from hose in several connections. Hose not connecting properly to main block.
