Used this to clean my Foam K-Tec airfilter for my Clio 182. Before this cleaner got delivered I thought I'd get some dish soap on the filter to get a head start. Cleaned and rinsed the filter about 4 times before the water in my sink was 'clear'.Then this cleaner got delivered...Poured about 3/4 of the bottle into the sink and dunked my filter in with a few turns to agitate the dirt. The sink was BLACK."F****** HELL" I exclaimed😆I Could not believe the amount of stuff that came out of the filter afterwards. I'm still amazed. I'm anticipating a 400Hp gain for the mighty 2 liter F4R engine which resides in my clio.Rinsed with warm then cold water.Used the last 1/4 of the bottle for a 2nd clean. Water was 'pretty' clear. Probably got about 90% of the dirt / dust out the first time around. Rinsed again and now drying. The foam looks waaaay better condition now and looking forwards to getting the filter back on my car after oiling.No damage to any of the glue or lettering on the foam of the filter.A must buy!!!

Well took my car AEM air filter off after two years of use... and soaked in hot soapy water twice using a paint brush to lightly agitate the dirt loads and loads came off. So, thinking it was clean... soaked once more... then stood the air filter up, sprayed all the muc off stuff and left for 4-5 minutes inside and out... then submerged in fresh hot water OMG... how much additional dirt and crud came off, have to admit was astonished... so, renewed water again then sprayed again, smae thing... 3rd time, basically absolutely perfectly clean... have to admit, it's great stuff and would reccomend to anyone who needs to clean their permie filters.

I know it's not the intended use. But I use this as a cheep alternative for cleaning my k&n car air filters

Love Muc-off products because they are friendly on nature, and they smell nice.However, this product was not able to clean my air filter. By the looks of it I would have needed at least 2 more bottles. Didn't manage to get that sticky oil out of it even after the rinse.It is too diluted and for me it makes no sense to buy 1 litre of liquid instead of concentrated bio degradable dish soap. I find it not envirometly friendly to end up with a 1 liter plastic bottle and shipping for it etc.Anyway, ended up using bio degradable dish soap and warm water.

Wonderful product. Will definitely buy again
