Works. Rest! Love this stuff. It doesn’t sting with heat like other brands, is super soft and really makes me pour sweat.

Love it, it works so well. It's super comfortable and not stiff at all. My only issue is my gel started melting and leaking out the bottom so now I keep it in the fridge.

I bought this and used it for 2 weeks straight and man this works. I sweated like crazy and actually got a few inches off my waist. Of course you got to workout in order for it to work and use it constantly to see results. Overall best purchase I've ever made.
