I love my new washer/ dryer, with the wifi connection there are many smart features, the capacity is perfect for my family. The program selection is perfect, the steam cycle is a great plus for people with allergies. I got it while on offer, super great value. Highly recommended for families.

Any such device when purchased new should come with installation..this particular LG Washing Machine I purchased from Amazon doesn't come with installation, a major drawback of buying from Amazon..

I bought this machine as I wanted to use the trade mark "Steam Refresh" function which is clearly shown in the images both on Amazon and LG UAE website. I needed this program to freshen up items only worn for a few hours without washing the item again. Unfortunately the actual machine delivered does not have this function, it is instead replaced by a program called "Baby Steam Care". Not much use to me as I don't have any babies and not likely to either. I tried downloading a program called Refresh, but it leaves the garment dripping soaking wet at the end of the cycle. Overall it is not an intuitive machine to operate and the Steam functions provided seem more gimmicky than functional. LG needs to be clearer with their marketing and take time to ensure accuracy of information.

LG set machine up so I assume it has stable ground and fine tuned. But it is working extremely noisy especially after 800 rpm. In additional to that, when you are using dryer, clothes had a kind of burnt rubber smell. According the long term usage review on the web, this smell will disappear after a while but I don't have that time and patient.

Received not uae version.Even though its doing the job....we are happy.
