This filter, used for a couple of weeks without pause, and paired with the HEPA filter of course, made the air in our house completely odor free, and noticeably cleaner. We had mold remediation a few months ago and are now trying to rid the house of any potential VOC's. We have not had a VOC retest, but I can tell that the house air is much easier to breathe. It also removes any cooking odors, like those from pan-fried fish, in just a few minutes!

love how this product works. I try using just the regular filter with the Hepa blower and couldn't smell the difference. When I insert this filter in and let it run overnight----------just WOW! Will definitely buy again when the time comes

When I added this carbon filter to this air scrubber, the smoke smell began to get better. They work to remove gases and odors.

These are heavy duty activated carbon filters that really absorb odors in addition to air borne dust and particulates.

These filters emit more formaldehyde and VOC’s than they remove. In clean air we tested the output of the BlueDri air filter with these carbon prefilters and got readings that were significantly higher for both formaldehyde and VOC’s compared to ambient air. To make sure that it was the carbon prefilter and not the plastic housing of the BlueDri, we repeated the test without the carbon prefilter and got ambient/normal readings. Don’t waste your money.

Sizing was perfect. Does the job.

Filers contain a good amount of carbon and are easy to install into the Dri-Eaz air scrubber.

They work fine, shipped, but I made the mistake of not looking. The difference is extreme and won’t buy again.
