Nice treadmill. Heavy.
The first one I ordered was apparently destroyed in shipping. So, it took almost two weeks to finally get one. Since, like me, most of you won't read the instructions, I'll give some pointers here. After you get the top of the box off, there's a yellow band across the motor end of the base. There's also a big pink paper that tells you not to cut the yellow band until the machine is moved where you want it. This keeps the unit together, so the tread doesn't try to fold up. I used the tools they provided just to see if they could do the job, and they are fine. A clue for mounting the top rails: If you are a gear head, then you can appreciate fitting a bolt into a blind hole. I found using the Allen wrench helpful to align the two pieces to get the screw started. Do the screw at the angled end first. Also, don't completely tighten the screws on the upright pieces so there's some play in them. After the top rails are on, tighten the bottom and put the cover cap on. Good luck with the wiring harness. If you have fingers smaller than a pencil, you might have no problem. Also, trying to get the wiring into the display housing is super fun. Why they don't just have a fixed part that the display would mate up with is beyond me. The bottom wires are easier after the unit is assembled and the bed can be tilted up. Once it was assembled, we walked a little to see if things worked. Still need to put the lubricant on the tread, and check for tracking, but that looked ok with the little we did run it. It's nice and quiet. After all that, I'm doing some mechanic work and putting a rear end in my recliner.

Excellent Midsize Treadmill
I only used it once (and I’ve never owned a treadmill before), but it’s great from what I could tell on my first two-mile run.1. The belt/running area is a perfect size for a brisk jog, at least for my 5’10” height. It might not be long enough for someone taller who likes to sprint.2. It feels very well made. It’s relatively heavy.3. The model I got comes with simple LED counters showing time, distance, speed and calories. You can place an iPad there relatively easily but it will block the counters.4. There is a separate desktop table that sits on the rails that I didn’t personally install. The table will reduce the running area.5. There’s ample space to store remotes and there’s a convenient phone area with wireless charging.6. It is a little noisy but I guess all treadmills are like that. I had to crank up the TV volume to hear it. Maybe it just seemed loud since it was operating in my dead-silent spare bedroom versus a noisy gym.7. Moving it is awkward and isn’t as easy as it seems in the videos. You have to use a lot of force to tilt it back and maintain that force to keep it on the two wheels. It does require a lot of strength to do it and it’s awkward moving it around.8. Assembly was fairly straightforward but follow the instructions. Don’t cut the main strap around the base until you’re done per the instructions. I had to move and assemble it myself and it would have been much easier with two people.9. When you first turn it on, don’t panic when you see an E-07 code flash. It just needs the safety key inserted for it to function.10. There’s no console power button, instead a toggle switch near the floor on the back.All-in-all I’m very pleased. I just hope it lasts.

Works fine
I had no power to the treadmill when I first powered it up. Emailed the company who got back to me that day with tips on what to do. The small, black connector which connects just below the display was loose. As soon as I disconnected and reconnected it all was well. Time will tell about the quality of the treadmill, but if there are any issues, I'm confident their customer service will be Johnny on the spot--

1.5 years and still going strong
This treadmill has been in use 5 days a week for 1.5 years at walking and jogging speeds without any issues. Normal maintenance has included adjusting the belt alignment 3 times and lubricating it with a high quality silicone oil once a month to keep it running quietly. The white noise it makes is quiet enough that listening to the TV or radio at a normal level is possible. The incline feature and the ability to easily adjust the speed even when in a program are great features. Support responded quickly to a question about the programs. Very happy with this purchase as it represents a good value for a quality product.
