I am a 5'11 280lbs person and the large fits very well. Before I buy this, I've read the reviews and I am glad that I tried this. The reviews are legit. I am planning to use this for my workouts and also for my everyday use. FYI, I bought 2 and I got another one for free. So I also bought one for my wife and she loved it. Product doesn't feel cheap. It's very comfy underneath and velcro sits well.Overall, I'm glad I bought this product and for $22, your money is well spent.

I wasn't paying attention to the drop down menu for size selection when I ordered this and accidently ordered the small. The item was delivered the very next day...amazing! ... but it didn't fit. when I noticed my error, I immediately requested an exchange and refund. I didn't want to wait for a replacement so I ordered another in the xl... which is actually too big but it works out just the same. I have a 40" waist and the large would have sufficed. The dedication to customer satisfaction is amazing. No questions asked regarding the refund and exchange, it couldn't have been easier and my monies were fully refunded on the original purchase with 48 hours... again with the amazing! This should tell you a little about the company you are dealing with. The product itself is very well constructed, as if by custom tailors. There is additional stitching on the Velcro panel as this will be where you to tighten and adhere and pull to release the garment when you are through with your workout. It is very wide and covers the torso areas proportionately and effectively. The material is very comfortable and yet clingy and stable where it needs to be. It does not move around as other belts I have tried in the past have, The Velcro panel stays put, and it takes some effort to release as the Velcro quality and abundance is superior to other belts I have owned. Most importantly the Velcro panel stays firmly on the belt and does not come into contact at the upper and lower edges as other models sometimes do, causing abrasion and discomfort. I highly recommend this product for purchase.

Bought this waist trimmer for my dad, who even at 60 is very athletic. He needed a belt that could support his back (because he strains it often with vigorous workouts) and something that could boost his sweat and keep warm temperature in the mid section. My dad and I have always settled with the cheap $10 ones you can probably find at Walmart, but after he tried this one we realized that it is defiantly worth paying a little bit more for a 5 star item. Not only is it thicker and wider than any waist trimmer we have gotten, but it also stays in place throughout the whole workout. Again, my dad is very athletic, he would do jump ropes, push-ups, sit-ups, anything with the word "up" at the end of it, he does, and this thing will stay in place the whole time. Great product and will defiantly recommend.UPDATEI was pleased to buy a few more belts from the same company. Apart from the great quality of the belts themselves, I was all the more pleased with their customer service. Had a few questions and needed help and they responded in a timely matter and have went the extra mile to assist me with a return (an error on my end) without any hassle to me. This is an honest non paid for non free item given review.I have pretty severe edema. I need to do all I can to sweat some out and give my body a break. I usually get my sweat belts at the store but they were out and only had weird looking ones. So I got on amazon and searched for a long time and fell upon this one. And I am glad I got it.So far I have had NO tearing or issues with the belt. No skin irritations etc. I only wear it while walking. No heavy work outs. I hand wash it in the shower. I like that it is wider than typical sweat belts. All sweat belts will make you sweat but this one really works well!Within one week of use I sweat out 3-4lbs of edema! I'm a very happy customer!5 Stars!
