It has been years since I bought these so I can’t remember an exact size. BUT they are very small and narrow. My granddaughter was about 3 yrs old and they didn’t fit. Don’t buy them. There are other princess shoes available elsewhere.

These shoes are actually about a size 2 or 3 in kids shoes so that would depend on what size your 11 year old wears. This product is falsely listed as being a size 11/12 in toddler size.
