Fast shipping Heavy duty machine for a beginner
I purchased this machine back in 2019 and purchased another one because I wanted to make sure I had a back up machine. This is a domestic machine that can handle layers. Ive sewn about 30 bags on this machine and a tone of clutches. This Is a more cost efficient machine that doesn't break the bank but offers the power to go through layers. Also great matching for new seamstress and bag makers. Sews through about 6 layers. Use the hump jumper to get over those bumps and humps.

A good, tough machine
This is a very good sewing machine. I bought it because I needed it to sew sling bags and have to sew through many layers of fabric. This machine proved to be up to the task. Only two things I don't like about it: 1. There is no "needle down" feature. There's no way to tell the machine to leave the needle down in the fabric when stopping. That is a really helpful feature on most sewing machines. 2. On the walking foot, which comes with the package, you can't attach an extended arm as a seam guide. Most walking feet have a place to attach that arm.Other than the two minor drawbacks (which could be VERY easily remedied by the company if they are listening), it has proved to be an awesome little machine; a real work horse. I also love the buttonhole feature; buttonholes are very easy to do and they look great. It's very easy to operate and sews smoothly. I gave it 4 stars instead of 5 because of the two missing features I mentioned. Other than those items, it's a fantastic little machine.
