Money saver
These is a great product. It is just like the one offered by the doctor, but a quarter the cost. It is easy to clean and dries fast. The adjustable strips make it easy to setup.

A must have for hips.
I used the pillow to help keep my hips in place. It really helped to keep hips aligned so the healing begins.

Poor quality abductor
The foam is disintegrating and not supporting my moms legs, starting at 3 months.

Foam rips with tension - maybe tape inner edges first
Size and shape is great, to wear 24/7 the foam started to rip where straps slide thru. So don't move while foam on and make sure human close by to gently unvelcrow with in seconds so you can make it to bathroom. I likes straps more snug to keep leg from "rolling" position to poiny.oit bs role in. For price I thought there would be reinforcement at the points of tension to "protect" foam. I'd buy again but suggest duct tape the slots where velcro straps run/pull to avoid tearing.

Straps are poorly made
I have purchased this many times. However the straps have lost quality and become useless quickly. Very poor sewing of the Velcro. The Velcro has come off almost from first use. Without the straps working correctly there is no way to hold in place.

Review sizes as I didn't and needed to re-order. ...
Review sizes as I didn't and needed to re-order. Just had hip replaced and worried about sleeping with legs crossed or my lower body being twisted to one side which is common for me - device prevents both actions. People who have hip replacement should not bend past 90 degrees upper body relative to lower body - so device may require assistance to put on and take off.

I got this for my mother after her hip replacement. It does as described. It was better than what the hospital gave because it has inserts for the legs as you can see from the picture.
