It comes sticky already just take off the plastic to secure the package.Its Water proofOnce the package is Sticked/Closed You will know if someone attempted to open it or open it forsureCons - I cant really think of any but you can find these cheaper on Alibaba or other Sources but REMEMBER you will have to Pay for very high shipping and longer wait so it balances out with the price they sell it for
