Great XLR plug mic
I have this one and the USB equivalent. I find the XLR one seems to have a narrower field of capture although both are cardioid mics. Can't really detect any difference in sound quality betweeen them but I use the XLR one with my Marantz PMD device, an old Marantz Minidisc Recorder that I have and the USB with my laptop. These are good value, robustly made products both as you'd expect from Marantz.
