Q: Will this unit work on both an inward or outward swinging door?

We send both pull arm and push arm,you can choose one to install, it can make the door open inward or outward.Once opening direction is fixed after you install, it can not changed when opener operates.

Q: Just installed dsw 100, door keeps opening automatically. how do i wire it so it stays closed and only opens when i use remote?

Q: how does the lock work with the remotes? the rest work but the door still opens with the wall buttons

Dear Buyer, after the lock mounted,the first time you close the door, you need to press the lock button on the remote, and the door will be automatically closed and locked afterwards.

es, but is not a good product ! does not work as designed buy a better brand no support from any one in the states I bought two and will never buy them again
