Don't let the price fool you, this is very good reel for the price.
Yes, I did buy one of these in a size 40. Fishing with this reel has been fruitful in bringing home a stringer of fish. Nothing big yet, but several times I have brought home fish with zero backlash. I was able to adjust the spool to accommodate a change in weights and baits, in light to heavy and heavy to light. You can use this reel with confidence.

Broken already
First thing that happend was the bait clicker broke. So now I have to hold the rod and reel in my hand so a fish doesn't pull the rod and reel in the water. Also the spool tensioner on both sides won't slow your cast down so you won't backlash. I gave it two stars because I did catch a 40 lb. Flathead on it and the drag worked great and didn't strip any gears. Maybe I received a bad one. It looks great, but it's broken.
