Doesn’t fit Honda 2000
Doesn’t tighten enough to seal.As soon as it starts to tighten it strips in the fuel neck threads. My generator fuel tank neck threads are in perfect shape and the stock Honda cap tightens nicely. This cap is just machined to incorrect tolerances for a honda 2000.Since it doesn’t get tight enough it also leaks fuel Thats siphoning into the tank. Not good.

Solution
This was the perfect solution for our generators. We already had several spear gas tanks from our rescue boats and this helped Distribution.

Prices right, but could have better gasket material.
Gasket dried, hardened and lost compression seal after a couple months.

Problem Solved
I don’t usually leave reviews but this thing saved the day. The cap was a perfect fit for my predator 1400 generator. I had tried using a boat tank and splicing it into the fuel line. I had nothing but problems with the generator running properly. I thought this was cheap enough it was worth a try. Works like a dream, the generator hasn’t stopped running in 3 days.
