I bought these, when I received them one was broken - not packaged well the box was very flimsy. I didn't return for an exchange or money back because I was in need of them and it would of taken to long to get the replacements. Also, the description is WRONG, say it will hold a votive candle which none of mine fit, was a gap at the bottom of about half an inch. I even tried tea lights with the same problem of a gap at the bottom. Had to make it work, added small very small pebbles in the colors I needed.

3 of the glasses arrived shattered.As it was hardly worth the hassle of emailing, packing, and re-shipping the purchase for such a low quality product, I ate the loss.If you're not looking for the guaranteed amount of glasses, this is a fine purchase.But if you do need the full amount, I would recommend buying a set with MORE than what you need.

Unfortunately, some of these cups were broken when they arrived. The packing was terrible. Just a simple box within a bubble envelope. The votives are simple cheap glass, but that's all I really needed. I also only needed 7 of the 12 so I just threw out the broken cups.

I purchased two packs of these glass holders. Out of a total of 24 pieces only 2 we're not damaged. If they are not chipped on the lip there are hairline cracks running through the glass.
