Whatever you do don't buy this item!
This product is unusable the driver cannot be found or downloaded the modem is not recognized by my PC under any circumstances. This is clearly an off-brand substandard product

Works perfectly with my DreamPi setup.

Included mini-cd drivers for most anything, worked for W10
Windows 10 21H1 couldn't find drivers but included mini-cd had them. Modem manual was NOT included but CD had installation instructions in a docx file included in several sub-directories. Modem self-identified "SoftK56V_B2.1_V7.63.00.50" and "USB Soft Data Fax Modem with SmartCP" with ati3 and ati4 commands, so I could find documentation online. I could NEVER get caller-id to work and that's why I needed it, so in the end I returned it. YMMV
