Q: Does the part come w/ all fittings necessary to replace?

It is only the evaporator, no studs or O-rings. But you can get some bolts from your local hardware store and install them from the firewall side, not like the originals that are from the evaporator through the firewall, put the part in, check and replace o-rings if necessary, attach ac lines, and run the bolts through.
