Vitacost Vitamin C - 1000 mg - 250 Capsules

I've purchased items from Vitacost for a number of years, but I had no idea that Amazon carried their products as well. What a surprise it was when I did a search for Vitamin C and their brand came up. And of course with Prime I get free shipping, can't beat it. I've used their 1000mg Vit C for several years and it has been great. They are capsules instead of hard caplets, which I personally prefer. My family and I take 1 a day from August to May (basically during the school year), and we've noticed a huge improvement in our health. Less colds and winter sicknesses, so they're doing what they were designed to do.

Vitacost Vitamin C is super handy because you only need to take one capsule a day and they are easy to swallow.

There is a sour, chemical, taste to the pills. I prefer to put them as far back on my tongue as i can, and then quickly chase with water. Not my favorite thing by far, but it is at least manageable.Pills are larger than any other med/supplement I take. I don't have an issue swallowing pills but it maybe an issue for some.I haven't noticed any positive or negative effects from the supplement thus far, but I will update this review if that changes.

I have ordered this product before and wanted to continue using it. I appreciate how quickly it arrived.
