Yes, it comes with a case for the scope, which also holds the leads and the probe, as well as the manual.

Q: does the amazon version of this scope come set to english or must be flash firmware to english?

numbers are universal...there is no words on this thing...just letters and they match the english version of the words...great little machone...fantastic oscilliscope, capacitance meter, vohm meter...everything wrapped into one package

Q: Is this good for detecting clipping in audio in a car?

It’s a oscilloscope, it measures signals, audio is a signal, so I guess it should be able to measure and detect audio clipping. It’s a nice little unit, I use it for everything, I bought better test leads from fluke tho. The ones that come with it rigid. They do the job but I like the softer fluke ones.

Mine came with a single probe and test leads for voltage measurements. Everything was there as shown in the pictures.Also came with the stuff mentioned in the other two answers.
