These couple nights 2 kick in now am sleeping right through the night without wakening

these have given me terrible nausea
product arrived on time with no damage. only complaint is that i don’t think the agree with me. i’ve notice every time i’ve taken them i’ve felt kinda nauseous and then later vomit. sorry to say i will have to throw these out. such a shame as they came highly recommended on amazon. xx

Beware
Took 2 last night as I've had trouble sleeping for the last couple of months. I felt very relaxed and did fall asleep quicker than usual. However, I had to get up 3 times to have a pee (not normal). Then this morning I had chronic stomach pains followed by diarrhoea.I put Griffonia into Google and read that it can cause stomach problems. 2 reviews were posted, 1 used Griffonia for weight loss an based on my experience I can see why. The other suffered liver problems.Needless to say I won't be using this product anymore and the remaining tablets are going in the bin.

Does not work
This product didn't even make me drowsy please don't waste your money try something else

Surprisingly Effective
I ordered this product and was surprised how well it worked. It has I think 18 ingredients in which all help with sleep. I took it 30 minutes before bedtime. I slept very well after taking the capsule. The following day I thought I would try two capsules and I had an even better sleep. I would definitely recommend this product.

Works for me
I was very sceptical about this product at first, but I’ve been struggling to get a good nights sleep due to the shifts I work so decided to give it a go. It has definitely improved my sleep quality. Maybe this is a placebo effect, I don’t know, but it works for me so what the heck!
