Sign of times that plastic is prevalent!
OK if you expect same type of build quality that existed when IBM originally owned this company prepared to be disappointed the lid is fine and made of composite materials, but the inner shell is just cheap plastic thats scratched.The description said fingerprint reader mine did not come with one so I am buying Acer instead owned a V5 its cheap plastic too but I know what I am getting. Lack of red trackball is not a deal breaker if I am going another brand.Otherwise the specs are fine but its not a true business laptop when you expect to see a reader to the right and realize you are missing it.

The battery life has dropped significantly in 10 days of using.

GREAT PRICE FOR PRODUCT
This was a refurbished 470. The product looks brand new. It was an easy set up and the speed is fantastic. I like that the battery sets the back up slightly, instead of flat, to make it easier to type. The sound is much clearer than my Dell and the color is bright and pictures clear.

Does not look like tested
It’s renewed I get get, but it is not throughly tested. As soon as I switched on, the screen started flickering. It got so bad that screen turned off. so bad that I had to forcefully restart and repeat. Can not use this laptop without interruption. Tried to contact customer care over phone and went straight to voice mail and wait for the reply 24 hours. No response. Emailed and waiting for response. I hope someone help me fix this. I also got Austin’s protection plan. Will update the status.

Died after a month.
Unfortunately, it took me a bit to get the system set up. At just over a month, the system would no longer power on. Verified the power adapter on another Lenovo laptop. Checked the ram, all good. Will add this to the parts bin.

Ok está bien para ser un equipo usado, un ligero rayón en la pantalla pero aceptable, en resto del equipo le daría un 9 de 10 en estética.Me sentí bien aunque en la descripción decía 8Gb la recibí con 16Gb de memoria RAM lo compensa. Ahora mismo estoy instalando controladores ya que el teclado iluminado no enciende. Pronta actualización. Me gusta
