Easy to apply.
This sealant works extremely well on RV roof vents and more. To fix leaks and cracks. To extend the life of my RV’s roof. And it is a good value and easy to use.

Not meant for a fine bead
The product is very viscose and thick. I wanted a thick bead, but if you want a fine bead, I probably wouldn't buy this product. Also, it sets quickly, so you have to work fast. I was able to wash it off my hands withsoap, water and a nail brush.

Very durable sealant...but not fast curing!
I bought this sealant to help seal the slide-out of my travel trailer. I used a caulk gun to apply the sealant to the trailer once I had prepped all the surfaces. The sealant goes on very easily. Although it can be a little sticky at times. I used soapy water and some kitchen roll for cases where I applied too much or got it on my hands. In the first 5-10 min it will easily come off if you make any mistakes in applying it. I have had it on my trailer for a few months, and I am really impressed on how it stands up in the weather. Our trailer sits out in the full sunshine for most of the time, and the sealant holds up very well. The only "negative" is that the curing time is about 24 hours not 30 minutes if you apply it in large quantities or in a large area like I did.

$80 down the drain
I literally hate this stuff. It is so messy, EVEN WITH GLOVES ON. This crap smears everywhere because the “sets up in 30 mins” is a straight lie. Maybe 30 months. Another lie, “pinch a hole” in the dispenser…I just about had to go get a saw to cut the top off. Then you have to use the nozzle provided that has a hole already. That hole is way too big. I don’t understand. You can always make the hole bigger but never smaller, so why is it so large? I tried to use it in between some tile, as it clearly states you can, and it stained my tile, immediately. I did not let it sit. Also, so much comes out of that big hole that I couldn’t put a smaller bead, so there is no way I’d be able to fix this issue. Thank the Lord I started on a few tile that are not going to be seen. However, construction was delayed and I didn’t get to start the flooring until 22 March so of course my return window ended 19 March. Now I have 15 1/2 tubes of this messy junk. I don’t even know anyone that I dislike enough to give it to. $80 blown away like it never existed. I don’t know about you but in this economy I don’t have the luxury of wasting that much money. Needless to say, I will never purchase from this company again. Oh, and if anyone out there still wants to try this stuff, hit me up. I have a good deal for you.
