Very pure
Last bottle came extremely fast. I haven't had a problem with an order yet, and this stuff is the real deal. I have tried so many other brands that obviously had been diluted. The test is does it sting the tongue a little if you don't mix with enough water. With this stuff yes it DEFINITELY is a good iodine solution. Iodine supplements along with a good diet and fasting have gotten rid of my pain, digestive problems, heart palpitations and gotten my resting heart rate down to 42 again. If you have lots of pain and health issues that can't be explained, had all the tests and scans come up with nothing, then Iodine may be what you are looking for, and this is 100% good quality potassium iodine.

The cap is a great idea
I've bought this brand of Lugol's a number of times after trying J. Crows. The reason I switched is that with this brand there is a non-corroding cap on the iodine and an additional dropper. The other brand comes only with a rubber dropper. Iodine eventually corrodes the rubber top part of the dropper, and although the other company will replace the dropper, at a certain point one wouldn't know if the corrosion was leaking into the product. After having the dropper corrode and crack, I switched. Otherwise, the taste is no different than J. Crow's. It was the cap that sold me. I like that they recognized a problem and addressed it.

Not tasty
I have been using one drop of this in 27 ounces of water and it still has a foul taste, but that's okay. I do like the way it feels in my body. Dont take it with anything citrus, that can block iodine.

Best on the market
Love this! I use it everyday along with bioidentical hormones. I dont put it in water I just put a dab on my wrist. It works great! A doctor recommended this one specifically and I see why.

Makes you feel better.
It's just the best. I bought another brand, and it was not near as potent as lugols. For thyroid support, I take this, and eat sunflower seeds for the selenium content.

What a mess
Not sure if it’s because of the dilution but from go this was messy, ran and streaked more than the 9%. So disappointing
