I Just get it/ its shape and colors were not really like Samsung. and 1st it was working then start acting now stop working.Just time money wasting nothing more than that. please don't try to buy it. 0 star and 0 recommendation.

You get what you pay for.
It works. I was worried when I opened the packaging because of the lightweight and cheap feel of the plastic. The button colors are slightly off from the real brand name remote and the edges are poorly finished, leaving a sharp edge down the length of the remote. But it works! And for a fraction of the price for the name brand.Note: I haven't tried every button or function, but the ones I use regularly (power, channel, volume, menu, tools, exit) work without any issues.

The return and exit buttons don't work either- making it impossible to navigate smart hub apps like Prime or Netflix
Remote works to power on television, change channels and control volume. Left and right directional buttons work, but not the down directional button. The return and exit buttons don't work either- making it impossible to navigate smart hub apps like Prime or Netflix. Returning- spend an extra 20 bucks and get the Samsung remote.
