Exactly what my small hands needed!
These are perfect for my small hands, I can definitely lift more than they’re capable of grasping - it also helps keep strain off of my wrist which has broken (unrelated lol) a few times before - or at least seems to, so far. I was hesitant to buy these from the states due to the high shipping and conversion rates, so it was better via Amazon, although I was charged an additional 22$ (CAD) in duties that was not mentioned in the purchase price, which was not a pleasant surprise. I do want that noted, but I didn’t remove a star because the item itself is great.

Better than wrist straps
These feel great. Same performance boost than from wrist straps but way more comfortable. I am happy that I purchased.

these gloves do not fit medium wrists...way too big
The size of these gloves is misleading, way too big for my adult ladies wrist- unusable
