The media could not be loaded. Gun does not dispense correctly and jams up. The tip does not stay heated so it clogs constantly. The tubes are not good quality plastic or whatever is used they can’t be cleaned and leave white residue when cleaning with isopropyl alcohol. To make matters worse the gun broke after just 2 months of use and I cannot fix it the dispenser slide is broke so it does not click into place. Waste of money buy a real usa dispenser not this Chinese crap.

Upon using the item to fill cartridges manually, the first time the product worked wonders and allowed me to hold more product and fill faster. By the second use, the plunger dislodged from within the cavity prior to filling the gun with vape solution. The joint appears to have glue around it as if it were broken prior to purchasing and resold as used.

Spend the money on a nicer filling gun! This broke my first fill and wasn't even able to use it and wasted material. I bought this as the first one I purchased only held 25ml and I wanted to get a larger one with multiple tubes. The threads on the tube snapped off...... My material was plenty liquidity and should not have been an issue.

this product works. if its not working for you then you havent heated up your distillate enough.you really need a beaker and a magnetic stirring hotplate, or some other way to heat up your vessel of distillate and you need to preheat the barrel before you start trying to fill it.speaking of the barrels, one of them came broken so i can only use one of the tubes. not a huge deal, but kinda annoying at the same time, so i will only give this product 3 stars because it works. the quality of the unit is rather low and the plastics are very cheap and poorly made.

This cartridge filler is very easy to use and I simply love the warming sleeve that gets your "liquid gold"to the perfect temperature for getting the concentrate to flow easily into the cartridge. Before I just used a large syringe and hot water. As you can imagine there was a lot of waste from that process. The only bad part is that clean up takes a good bit of time if you do it right. But you can fill hundreds of cartridges in a few hours with this awesome tool. Well worth the money and really well made and durable.

They never work right. They are always clogged. I get my premade juice in 33ml bottles and just use those by hand and never spill a drop. This was a total waste of money.
