Only imperfection was slight bubble on textured plastic refurb sticker covering top below keyboard (I’m going to leave it on as I don’t know what is underneath).Machine purchased has both Intel UHD 630 graphics (integrated) as well as superior Nvidia Quadro P1000 with 4GB ram (discrete).Pros - great value for the hardware (though apparently price has gone up ~25% in 6 months since purchase - Bidenomics!). Also, unit has room inside for additional 32GB ram and two additional solid state drives if needed (NVM and SATA). Can update to Win 11 or Linux when necessary. Battery can be replaced by user.Cons - heavy and battery life not great (don't ever drop it!). Battery life even less if using Nvidia.graphics enabled.

Better than advertised
The laptop arrived earlier than promised, runs fast and is in like-new condition. The only odd thing to note is that it has a silver contact-like plastic covering the top, track pad and hand rest areas. I assumed that it was there to cover scratches but I removed it from all but the top and everything is perfect. I'd highly recommend this reseller.

It works well. Is fast enough for all our needs. We just use it for home computing.

Just as advertised, fast, looks almost like new!
This is not a lightweight machine. It is a replacement for a desktop workstation. It can run multiple monitors, CAD software, and high-end data processing. Battery life is OK for this type of machine. The weight is on par with other mobile workstations.
