I ordered a second one of this model as we have been using this same steamer for years and my son wanted one badly. We ordered this one but discovered a defective pump to our disappointment. The vendor was incredible and refunded my money without me having to ship back the defective one. 5 stars to the seller, and usually 5 stars to the product but this one was a dud. Does the trick. No more steaming with the pricey "quilters" iron, so hopefully fewer iron repairs.

This was a gift for someone.

I first bought this gadget over 25 years ago in Germany and it served me faithfully until it stopped working a year ago. Today I was delighted to find the identical product in a second-hand shop!I'm not very good at ironing and I find this handheld steamer easier, faster and more effective for removing wrinkles. Just hang the item of clothing, pull the fabric taut, press the trigger and steam away! It may not give you the perfect finish that a professional steam iron would, but I find it quite satisfactory. It's small and light enough for travel, so you can take it on a trip and use it to remove creases and wrinkles from the clothes packed in your suitcase.
