False claim the battery works with an Icom A20 radio but it is not a 12 volt battery. It is a 8 volt battery. The return requires postage paid by the customer! Don't waste your time or money with this company. Very unhappy with Amazon for this return.

Used these in an old Icom IC-A2. The batteries came fully charged and work perfect. The quality of the case is excellent and fit onto the radio just as good as the original. Can’t beat the price.

I have three Icom HTs that use this style of battery... all my Icom batteries are dead and I am using AA Cell battery holders and a charger that recharges the NIMH AA cells outside of my battery holders. I am looking to replace the Icom NiCd dead batteries with these HQRP batteries... but I cannot find the specifications for a recharger for these batteries. I note that these have two external plug-in ports; one labelled 13.8 Volts and one labelled Wall Charger. The battery is 8.4 Volts. By comparison to the original Icom batteries I believe that the 13.8 Volt input is for external vehicle power (from your car or truck)... the original batteries had this also. The vehicle power would power the radio but did not charge the battery (bypassed the battery). The wall charger needs to safely recharge an 8.4 volt NIMH battery. I am still looking for a charger for these battery packs... a twelve volt model is wrong. Note that the Icom and Realistic/Radio Shack radios that use these batteries are rated at 8.4 Volts. They will also work on the higher voltage if they are allowed to cool themselves (do not wrap them in a blanket).
