Lightweight and comfortable over many hours of wear
For decades, I've worked in an industry which requires the wearing of safety glasses. During that time, I have worn a lot of different brands and styles of glasses. Some of the glasses were long term wear types purchased through optometry shops. Most of the glasses purchased were those which were ultimately disposable. For most of those years, I was the purchasing manager. By far, the glasses I liked best (and which were most popular with my associates) were from UVEX...the Protege. They were lightweight, comfortable (all the way through a 12-hour shift), didn't slip off your nose, and were hard to fog up. I have kept some other brands in stock, but Protege usage easily outpaced all the other brands combined. One last note, they don't scratch easily, but don't let Off or Cutters mosquito repellent get on the lenses...they will be toast.

My go-to day driving glasses
These glasses have unique frame that allows better airflow around the lens, and combined with the coating makes them very resistant to fogging. The lens tint is color enhancing, sunsets look great, and they have a good level of light reduction. The floating frame also makes them fit better, and they do not even come close to slipping off when my head is facing down. They are inexpensive and good quality if you do not need a prescription lens.A pro or a con is they are not polarized, pro being they do not mess with LCD screens, con being they do not block reflective glare. This lens color is also not V0 impact rated, unlike the clear, grey, and amber lenses.

Good Inexpensive Safety Glasses
These Safety Glasses work well and last a good while. I wear them for work 8 plus hours a day and I am not easy on my glasses. They are comfortable and provide a reasonable amount of protection while not fogging. I have a very large head so it is hard to find safety glasses that fit properly. They do get scratched up rather quickly, but I have had this problem with many other paires of safety glasses.

Good safety glasses
I purchased Uvex by Honeywell Protégé Safety Glasses, Metallic Black Frame with SCT-Reflect 50 Lens & Ultra-Dura Anti-Scratch Hardcoat (S4202) on Amazon. These glasses are very light weight and comfortable to wear for hours outdoor. Fit well and no "floating" image like 3M. The SCT-Reflect 50 coating doesnt fog up easily or have color tint like Pyramex Avante Mirror either. The arm was a little bit flimsy and mold line clearly visible, but overall quality is fine for the price.Important information marked on package / product but Amazon missed:50% Visible light transmission - not as dark as I thought, see attached photo.99.9% UVA UVB UVC protection - check with Uvex for the actual Nm range.Weight 27.5gMeets ANSI Z87+ (High Impact) standardMeets ANSI.Z.87.1/1989, CA 19,067Meets CSA Z94.3 standardMeets military V0 ballistic test for impactMADE IN USA !

Great for occasional use.
I've had these safety glasses for a while now and love them. Their light weight design make them comfortable, but may not be great for day-to-day use and aren't going to stop a bullet, but for my weekend projects here and there, they work great. The tint is perfect for a clear view and they cover around your eyes well for basic protection. Good value.

Seem nice if it fits your face style. it did not fit my wider asian style face
Seem nice if it fits your face style. it did not fit my wider asian style face. the floating lens is nice and allows it to accommodate some width but it still didnt fit my face. there was a large gap and the glasses only touched my head at the temples. the rest of the glasses floated in front.

Best. Safety. Glasses. Ever.
These are by far the most comfortable and well constructed safety glasses I have ever worn. One pair fell off my shirt where I hung them during a down time as I was walking. I stepped on them and heard a crunch. I figured, “Well, there goes another pair!” Not so. I picked up the two pieces, looked at them for a confused 10 seconds and snapped the pieces back together. They are light enough you could go to lunch and forget you are wearing them, been there done that. Some other styles that are provided by job sites I have been to are stiff and sit too rigid on your face these leave funny marks on your face, fog up when you really need them not to, and feel like you’re wearing a monocle. Not this pair. Please never change these or make them obsolete.

Very comfortable
These are excellent safety glasses with respect to weight, comfort and scratch resistance. Tho, the way the lenses are treated, there always seems to be a trade off and for these they are prone to a little more than usual static cling for dust. I find myself using more anti static wipes than with some other brands. Better than dealing with scratches any day, tho!
