I have had multiple shoulder surgeries and I always come back to this one. Adjustable, true to size. Good quality. I like it better than the breg as well. Not as tight around the other shoulder.

Perfect comfort fully adjustable to any body typeIf I would make one change it would be that strap sleeve was FULL LENGTH and slid over buckles too Also would love a second set of strap covers with thicker material. Something like a temperpedic pad inside for maximum comfort and less irritating to neck. That way you could choose your comfort level.

Since i have had to live in one since 2014 after 32 surgeries, this is great.

Worked excellent for my rotator cuff surgery. I have now been living in the sling for 4 1/2 weeks and it looks every bit as nice as the day it arrived. I really like the extra strap for when I go for walks around the neighborhood it helps to transfer weight off of my neck. Also it was $100 less then if I bought one at the local Pharmaceutical supply store. I was on the border between two sizes and bought the smaller one so that I could use my hand. Also you should know there is a removable elbow pad that you can take out to make him a tad bit bigger

The brace is definitely comfortable, well made, should be breathable, and is not bulky. The abduction pillow is removable and not needed depending on your orders from the doc. Unfortunately it runs smaller than the item measurement sizing in the discription. The measurements are with the nice elbow pillow removed. I would rather use the nice cushy elbow pillow but then the thumb strap won't work. I am trying to simply return my medium for a large. BUT, item does not qualify for Amazon return!!!!!! NOTHING in the listing describes this and #1 reason to buy something like this through Amazon is the assumed returnability if the size does not work.UPDATE, the sellar does not do the return and the automated Amazon return process did not allow return. However, after I was able to contact Amazon, they did refund my purchase and did not require the item sent back. I just have to reorder the next size up. So I do re-rate the product 5 stars since Amazon made it right. I just suggest you favor larger than smaller.Update 2, while I waited for the new sling, I did use this for about a week. I did encounter the inside fabric being quite iterating and the brace did not ventilate at all. So I have down it to a 3 again. Replacement was a donjoy ultrasling4 large, which was ALOT better in both areas and almost same price.

Product comfortable and fit well, but had to return due to my surgeon preferring a different sling.
