Like this product
I take this on all my travels, does not leak yet, keeps the coffee hot, made of stainless steel and Im pretty ruff on this container, its still looking good, cost effective, easy to clean, perfect size for the car.

Keeps coffee hot for hours
Great insulation! Kept the coffee hot for hours while traveling. Fits well in side pockets of backpacks. The only problem I had was while traveling, the bottle fell out of the pocket of the backpack and hit the floor on the cap. The cap broke making it useless, no replacement cap. Don't blame the manufacturer, just the backpack pocket.

Favorite Water Bottle
This is my second bottle of this brand. I use the original every day and am happy to have a back up. Love that the top locks, the sized is great and its not a straw bottle but one you actually drink out of. Also like that you pop it open vs. having to unscrew the mouth piece - so much easier when driving or on a plane. Rugged and nice looking too.

Good product with 1 weak point
It's a quality product in general with a nice feel and nice size that fit well in every cup holder I've used.Seals up good with Orleans and the extra lock is very nice to have.After 2 yrs of daily use the handle broke. The handle is still usable but is more fragile now.Unfortunately you can't but just the lid from the mfgr so I bought a replacement and my old one will be a spare.

The carrying handle is cheaply made.
The carrying handle is cheaply made. The lid has had issues twice, the first time was within 30 days of my purchase. They replaced the defective product with no problem. 2 months later the carrying handle has broken again, I will reach out to the company and see if they have an alternative to the cheap plastic ring with a metal hinge pin.I will update my review pending the outcome.

Hot/Cold works well, ring poorly made
This is a great designed hot/cold mug which has super features such as the locking cap. The ring to clip it to a backpack, belt or other object is cheap and poorly made, causing it to break within a couple weeks of normal business use (not exercise or strenuous activities). Simply connecting it to pack to carry to and from work and within a couple weeks the flimsy clip broke and came apart from its hinge. The canister itself is top notch, just don't purchase this item with full intentions of clipping it to a pack and expecting it to work well.
