It comes with a plate about 12 inches by 3 inches and you screw that plate to the wall. The sink slides on to the plate and rests on it.

Q: Are the side splash guards welded to the sink?

yes, the splash guards are welded on the sink. It's a real quality sink.

Q: Can you connect water lines from underneath or do they have to come out from the wall?

The faucet is connected to the water pipe from the wall, and the drain is connected to the water pipe from below. Thank you for your attention. If you have still any question, please contact us per E-Mail.

Q: Could I get an actual spec sheet to send to my health department?

I am shocked there are no documents to download, even on their own website. No specification sheet, no owner's manual, and no installation manual. I will no longer be able to purchase these for any commercial projects as I am required to provide at least a spec sheet submittal. There has been no response by the manufacturer, and I expect the same lame "Dear customer, the product is made of 100% premium quality stainless steel. It's well-made and totally no bad effect on your health. Don't worry about it." reply. Sorry people, but this silly statement will not work for any health inspector, engineer, contractor, etc.
