Seller changes delivery dates
Item is fine for what it was intended for however item was purchased with a guaranteed delivery date of Monday which was perfect for what it was needed. A few hours later received an email stating the delivery was delayed and I could cancel. Immediately tried to cancel and was told it was already dispatched so couldn’t cancel. Couldn’t have a refund for 5-7 working days after item was returned either. After a good hour on the chat to Amazon issue was finally resolved and delivery expedited but not a smooth transaction at all
