I like that these are not hard on your throat like some tablets. Go for what's inexpensive from a good brand. I take them with every meal and any large snack and have been for 20 or so years. No problem. Just can't run out.

I take one with meals and there is no acid in my chest or throat. Helps with digestion too…it’s actually working very well.

Helps to digest food after a heavy meal especially at night. A small amount like a half tablet usually works...

Been happy with products by this brand, but this is not my favorite. As a senior, I don't produce enough stomach acid. It does work, but with some reservations. The pills are sizable, but not my biggest "con". The pills are "chalkie", and the coating is super thin. Unless you swallow the pill immediately it will start to disintegrate, and you will taste/feel acid in your mouth and in your throat. After taking it, sometimes you get a bit of an acid taste/reflux in the back of your throat. I'm going back to Enzymedica "Fast-Acting Betaine HCL" (sold on Amazon). It's an actual gelatin capsule, and it seems gentler on my system.

Very familiar with this line.Good stuff. For me tho i had to crush them and put in capsules....but had nothing to do with quality. Did exactly what it said and no more upchucking. Remember as we get older we don't produce enough acid, this will address that issue.

Our digestion has improved exponentially with this product. We’ve been using it for over a year and wouldn’t be without it. We take it with our largest meal which is usually dinner. Prior to using this betaine Hcl I had terrible belching particularly in the evening after dinner. Not anymore thanks to this stuff. Highly recommend.

NP with product. I paid extra shipping for prompt delivery. (one day) and delivery was late. I should be reimbursed for the extra shipping cost I paid.
