So versatile if you have a battery from other Ryobi products
In the last year or so i have been buying Ryobi tools and in general very happy with them. Once you get a few batteries its so handy to just switch to different Ryobi cordless products.Got this little glue gun as i was getting fed up with my corded gun keeping toppling over or the cable getting caught. Its great. With the battery in, the base is quite large but the weight keeps it nice and stable. Takes a few minutes to heat up and has worked with all the glue sticks I have tried. Lasts a couple minutes warm off the stand but so easy to just pop it back on.The only improvements I would like to see in a future model would be an LED light that signals when the temperature is ready for the gun to be used and perhaps and extra, longer, thinner nozzle to get into tighter areas.Overall recommend, its great. Just grab it off the shelf, slap in a battery and away you go.

Nice quality gun, conveniently portable.
I've used this a few times now. It doesn't run the battery down that much when left on and is perfect for gluing in odd awkward places. There's no 'ready' indicator, you just have to leave it long enough to melt the glue. Great for doing DIY stuff outside. The only drawback so far, is it chomps through 7mm sticks very quickly. Great tool though and good value.

Great glue gun that works well
Was skeptical of paying out a decent amount of money but needed a glue gun for a project and i already had ryobi batteries. The fact its cordless made this so much easier to use plus the gun stayed hot for at least 4-5 min after taking out of the holder but heats up again really quickly. What would be nice... having a ready heat indicator... However i'm happy enough with the price i paid and performance to forgive this.Far better than cheap £10 ones from hardware stores!

Perfect
Perfect! Best glue gun I’ve ever used!! Please note the battery you have to by separate to this. So double check as it does become costly but if you have other Ryobi products the batteries can be used on other items

beautiful glue gun, cost extra if you don’t have compatible battery and charger
The media could not be loaded. this is a mini glue gun from ryobi brand, only bare tool is included, which mean you need to have a ryobi 18v one+ battery in order to use it, of course a compatible charger too, if you are not currently using other ryobi one+ tools, you have to invest around £50 more for the battery and charger on top of this setthis glue gun is quite compact in size, but it’s still slightly bigger than the portable glue gun i used at home; together with the dock and battery, it became a giant set, anyway it look professional with the ryobi green colourthe gun has to be sit in the dock for pre heating, there is no indicator to show if it’s ready to use, from the manual it takes around 4 minutes to heat up, then it could be used continuously for 4 minutes away from dockit’s a bit disappointed that it’s not ready to use in 20 seconds like most expensive glue gun in similar price range, in fact, it takes much longer to pre heat than my £15 portable glue gunthis glue gun takes 7mm diameter glue sticks (3 x 15cm long glue sticks included), away from base, the heat could only last for about 2 glue sticks, one full trigger with normal speed could eject about 8cm of glue (2mm thick), it’s good for most of my work, but it may be inadequate for bigger job when you need lots of glue at a timethe main issue of this glue gun is that i have to put it back to the dock frequently to keep it heated, so i have to carry the whole thing (dock+charger) around, make it not too portable for some occasions, the other issue is that sometimes i need to guess if it’s hot enough, as there is no indicator to show it’s hot enough, and it’s a bit inconvenient to time for 4 minutes before next useoverall this glue gun is easy to use, glue flow is a bit poor, also not too consistent even i tried hard to keep pressing the trigger very steadily, no serious leak or drip during use (drip tray on dock anyway), but sometimes there will be residue squeezed out from the tip when cool down, that did not affect my normal useall in all, i’m still satisfied with this product, would recommendhope you find these information helpful

Really good glue gun
Already having the Ryobi system made this glue gun cost effective. Everytime I use it and replace it in the docking station it charges. Because it doesn’t have the battery attached to the gun itself , it is lightweight and easy to use. Would highly recommend.

Love it
Absolutely brilliant as-long as you already have ryobi tools! If you already have ryobi battery, make sure it’s charged and you’re basically ready to go. Give it about 5 minutes to heat up and you’re golden! Not having the restriction on a cable is great too!
