I don’t know, but the branding is inconspicuous

Q: Can I take it apart for traveling?

It does have a knurled finial at the top of the rod. I would assume you can remove it and take it apart. I just keep a spare in my shaving kit for travel. Good luck

Q: Will this stand be suitable to stay in the shower? Is the pad velvet or something that will repel water? Also will it rust?

The bottom pad is a rubbery foam. I wouldn't trust leaving it in the shower as it will likely rust. It's a decent stand if you're new to wet shaving, but overall it's just mediocre.
